Farm Cottage is a traditional country cottage with an open log fire.

Decor: Farm Cottage is carpeted throughout apart from vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. It is decorated in attractive country style with white walls. Pictures in all the rooms are original works and often for sale.

	Living Room: You can toast your toes in front of the open fire in this welcoming 4.5m x 3.5m living room which has views over the garden to the farmland beyond. There is a matching sofa and easy chair plus a rocking chair, occasional tables and plenty of books. An electric convector heater supplements electric storage heating. There is wall lighting and two standard lights. The flat-screen TV has a built-in DVD player and Freeview, plus a separate video player.
Kitchen/Dining Room: With views over the field behind the cottages to woodland beyond, you may find yourself joined over breakfast by some curious cows. The 2.4m x 5m kitchen has a pine table with four chairs. There is plenty of storage, a four hob gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave.
	Bedroom:With attractive white bedlinen on the king-size bed this restful room has beautiful views over the garden and beyond. The 4.5 m x 3.6 m room contains a dressing table and built in wardrobe. The window has a blackout roller blind as well as curtains to keep out the morning sun until you are ready to wake up. The bedroom has room for an additional folding bed or a cot.

Bathroom: Bathroom: About 2.4m x 4.5m WC, wash basin and bath with over bath shower

Heating: All rooms have electric storage heaters. There is an open fire in the living room and also a wall mounted, time control, electric convector heater which can be used instead or as well as the open fire.We supply free wood for the fire but charge for coal.

Electrical equipment: Colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, VCR, radio/CD player, radio, vacuum cleaner, iron, electric blanket, hairdryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.

Outside Parking : The cottage is about 50m from the car park and there is space immediately outside the cottage for loading and unloading.

Patio : There is a stone flagged patio area with a bench seat and a small table. There is space for the portable barbecue.
