Outside Parking: The cottage has its own parking space immediately outside the front door. Patio: The stone flagged patio faces west gaining the afternoon sun. There is a bench seat, small table and a boot holder. There is space for the portable barbecue.

Decor: Studio Cottage is carpeted apart from vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. It is decorated in attractive country style with white walls. Pictures in all the rooms are original works and often for sale.
Open plan Kitchen/Living Area: This large room has a window overlooking the garden to the fields and woods beyond. There is a comfortable sofabed, a reclining la-z-boy chair, a dining table and with two chairs. The fully fitted kitchen area with has a microwave and 4 burner gas stove along with an island breakfast bar with stools.
Bedroom: This cosy 2.5m x 4m, high-ceilinged room has a double bed dressed in sophisticated bed linen. There is a combined wardrobe and dressing table. As it is quite small, this room is not really suitable for a cot in addition to the bed.
