Decor: Studio Cottage has vinyl flooring and carpet in the bedroom. It is decorated in attractive country style with
cream walls. Pictures in all the rooms are original works.
Open Plan Living Area
Open plan Kitchen/Living Area: This large room has a window overlooking the garden to the fields and woods beyond. There is a comfortable sofabed, an armchair, a dining table and two chairs. The fully fitted kitchen area has a modern induction hob and electric oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, along with an island breakfast bar with stools.
Bedroom: This cosy 2.5m x 4m, high-ceilinged room has a double bed dressed in sophisticated bed linen. There is a combined wardrobe and dressing table. As it is quite small, this room is not really suitable for a cot in addition to the bed.
Heating: Central heating radiators in each room, with an additional electric (wood burning effect) stove in the living room.
Electrical equipment: 32″ LCD Colour TV with built-in freeview and DVD player, radio/CD player, fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer.
Outside Parking: The cottage has its own parking space immediately outside the front door.
Patio: The stone flagged patio faces west gaining the afternoon sun. There is a bench seat, small table and a boot holder. There is space for the portable barbecue.
